DO YOU EXCHANGE ?
YES, WE OFFER EASY AND FAST EXCHANGES.
Return & Exchange EligibilityYou can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
UnwashedIn its original condition
Free from makeup stains, perfume scents, or any damage
Returned with its original packaging (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
Wrong size
Wrong color
Manufacturing defect
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS ?
Refunds are only available in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If your refund request is approved:
The item will be inspected upon receipt.
The refund will be issued via InstaPay only.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the inspection is completed.
Shipping FeesShipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

- You may accept or refuse the order in full.
Shipping Fees
- Defective items or incorrect products (wrong size, color, or style) → we cover shipping in full.
- Other returns (size change, color change, personal preference) → return shipping fee deducted from refund.
